The District of Columbia Youth ChalleNGe Foundation provides opportunities to District of Columbia high school dropouts and failing students in the ages of sixteen to nineteen for growth, self-improvement and academic excellence through the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program.
The District of Columbia Youth ChalleNGe Program uses a quasi-military model and emphasizes academics, physical training and discipline. Graduates will develop character and become productive, responsible citizens.
